Close to beach, clean, ask for garden facing room.

Pros: Garden view rooms were quiet and clean. The Italian lady at the front desk who helped me extend one night/change rooms made my stay. Had I not interacted with her, my review would be less than. She was a pleasure to deal with, and even helped me book some reservations and recommended beach clubs.

Cons: Rooms facing the street were quite noisy because of the 3am deliveries of the laundry for the hotel. There was also street construction at the time of my stay, but because of the weekend we didn’t hear it. But the laundry delivery woke me up at 3am (after arriving at 1am for check in). When I advised the morning receptionist, she didn’t seem to care. Didn’t offer to help me change rooms or offer compensation or even a coffee… for 600$+ per night, I expected a bit more. The beach club was okay… food wasn’t very good.

Chic boutique hotel with nice beach club

Pros: The decor was very chic , bedrooms spacious and good amenities , Netflix a bonus. Beach club was great and the restaurant there

Cons: Not restaurant except breakfast , pool tiny , check in took ages and our friends had to change rooms as no single beds that they had requested and building works across the road . Beach club was about 500m walk not 125 they claimed .

Nice location, clean and modern

Pros: Great location and felt like it was renovated recently. From the hotel you can reach everything in Cannes by foot.

Cons: Breakfast is a bit pricey.

Perfect hotel for exploring canne!

A very pleasant stay, near to the Beach Club, with really friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us!

Pros: It’s very modern & clean, with everything you need. All of the staff are VERY friendly, and most welcoming too. I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels in Cannes, and staff can be very unfriendly! The breakfast is great, and I had a delicious omelette made every morning. Snacks in the bar were good too. All in all, a really lovely stay this weekend, despite the rain on Sunday - but we were even offered umbrellas!

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was hearing the dustbins being emptied very loudly on Rue Canada - waking me up at the crack of dawn each day! Oh, and I don’t like the brown recycled toilet paper. White is the best colour.

Cons: you are one street from the main croissette so there maybe noise: I dont mind it, but people who do they should maybe ask for a room that is higher or is on the other side?

Great break in the heart of Cannes with a great Beach Club

Cons: Breakfast is poor in choice and quality. You get no veggies exc few baby tomatoes, scram eggs not nice like plastics. You cannot order fresh eggs. Coffee v poor. Choice of bread and buns poor. Shower leaks, the skirt above bathtub doesnt work, it leaks everywhere. I had to dry all bathroom floor to save room top floor layer from dwelling. Beach beds expensive and packed one on other.
