Central to everything, clean, well equipped, fantastic staff.

Pros: The property is in a great position, close to everything. Car parking on site, for a fee, but it meant peace of mind. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had room service one evening and it was very good. Having the small kitchenette was a bonus.

Cons: We had a locked connecting door in our room. This meant that we could hear our neighbours . So, the sound proofing could be better.

Gréât Location, friendly staff & underground parking!

Pros: Gréât location only a short walk to the beach & next to the Martinez hotel. Also, secure underground parking is a big plus.

Pros: The location was perfect!!!! Very close to the beach by foot!!! A lot of restaurants and shops close to the hotel!!!

Cons: The room was very small and the breakfast wasnt very good and when something was done they didnt bring extra for the others. You had to tell them many times!!!

Pros: Everything was perfect, thanks to the exceptionally kind staff. Claudia at reception went above and beyond to help with everything I needed, and David at breakfast offered a wonderfully personal approach—remembering our orders, paying great attention to detail, and always ensuring our table had everything we wanted, from fresh fruit to coffee and bread. I haven’t experienced this level of customer care and attentiveness in a very long time.

Great location, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast

Pros: The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, right next to La Croisette – everything is within walking distance, which was very convenient. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and fresh options. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had a small kitchen equipped with a stove and everything needed for cooking, which was a great bonus.

Cons: However, there are a few downsides. If you book a standard room without a terrace, the windows face the street, and it was a bit noisy due to nearby roadwork and traffic. The pillows were not very comfortable, and the toilet is placed quite close to the wall, which might be inconvenient for larger guests.

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely accommodation. 2 bed suite perfect for a family. Second bedroom is smallish but rest of accommodation is very spacious so no issue for us, even though our children are older teens. Great outdoor space and useful kitchen corner.

Cons: Only slight issue is that the lift to 6th floor was out of order. Not an issue for us as we just used the stairs but could be if with small children or have mobility issues.

Lovely clean room close to beach

Pros: Lovely room with great view from terrace. Close to the beach and tasty restaurants. There was a kid's pool too which was great for my kids. Nice breakfast and cocktails. Would stay here again :)

Cons: Language was a bit of an issue. Some of the staff didn't speak or understand English easily.
