Basic hotel with a great location

Pros: The most wonderful thing about the hotel is the location. Otherwise, average. The room was basic but well equiped and clean.

Cons: The walls were thin and all noise is getting through. The staff in te reception is absolutely useless - they do not care about anything you ask for. The concierge as well. Whatever you ask for, it’s not possible. Also, since it’s a seaside hotel, the possibility of a shower or a changing room without late check-out, at a supposedly luxury hotel (which it is not) would be wonderful. On my request for a late check-out, I was told it was not possible since they are fully booked - which was not true since there were rooms available to book on booking for the respective day.

Pros: We had a fabulous time in Cannes staying at the JW Marriott in Cannes. The Hotel was superb offering great accommodation, superb location and the staff were excellent!! A special mention to the reception staff who were extremely helpful and a special mention to Jessica who went out of her way to make my Birthday weekend a memorable experience!! It was Amazing

Pros: The staff, the food, and the service were absolutely exceptional. I’ll definitely be booking here again. The team was incredibly welcoming, and as a Black woman, I felt completely safe and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Pros: Overall friendly staff and nice room. I thought breakfast was expensive and the drinks at the bar were too.

Luxury is the best way to describe it

Pros: I absolutely loved everything about this property, it was clean and modern. It’s situated near the main strip so you don’t have to do alot of transportation. Everything was accessible - I wanted a special shout out to the team who dealt with my booking. It was my 5 year anniversary and they upgraded our room as complimentary which made our stay EXTRA special. Thank you guys so much - 10/10!! Amazing hotel and team, definition of luxury.

Cons: There was nothing that I didn’t like. Maybe something to consider, to offer in-room dining? In France it’s common that some restaurants close during the hours of 2-6pm so if you’re hungry, you may need to order some take away

Pros: I booked a room for my daughter and a friend who were studying in Paris & had organized a weekend getaway for some May sunshine in Cannes. They had a fabulous time in Cannes and very much enjoyed this hotel. Their room was spacious and immaculate with very comfortable twin beds, the pool was lovely and proximity to beach was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful at check in and departure.
