Pros: The managers of the hotel are superb people, very friendly and accommodating as well as they really make sure that guests have easy check in and that everything is well during their stay. Lovely Guys ! The location is super good too.

Cons: The hotel as rated is two stars so don't expect any luxury. However, within its category the hotel is good . One minus was regarding not super good soundproofing from the neighboring property.

Cons: Walking up 3 flights of stairs after a day walking an exhibition was difficult. Bedroom and bathroom very small.

Pros: The location is perfect, right in the city center and 10 minutes from Cannes train station and La Croissette. There's also a restaurant right next door. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: The room was small and cramped, but the location makes up for it. And there's no elevator, so be careful if you have to lift a lot.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is equipped with an AC especially useful for summer. The rooms were quite comfy. The place is located at the heart of cannes so very easy to go back and forth from the train station, nearby big sites, and also shopping etc. It's very convenient in that way. The price, considering all of this was actually appropriate.

Pros: Excellent location, a clean charming room, great WiFi, friendly owners, coffee/tea was available at the foyer, toiletries provided. What else does need at a great price I payed in October.

Cons: Nothing really. My room faced the back - somewhat dark well-like, so it was pretty quiet, except for some little noise from doves leaving there. Be aware that there is no space to leave your luggage (if big) after checkout.
