Welcoming, clean and comfortable.

Pros: The hotel is spotless and the staff are wonderful and could not do more. I was slightly concerned about the location but there was no need to be because it was fine. The hotel is spotless, the staff are charming and helpful. I would rebook.

Cons: The breakfast was adequate

A wonderful three nights stay in a spotless hotel with a good friend in one of my favourite places in the world!

Pros: The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. I stayed with a friend and her room was opposite (as requested to be nearby). It was exceptionally clean and well located. We will return.

Cons: The initial location didn’t appear to be particularly nice arriving in the dark but it was find once we got our bearings. It was a shame there was no bar to have a drink at the end of the evening but it was a small price to pay as there was far more good than that. I really didn’t like the small paper cups provided in the rooms (instead of a glass or mug) for my tea! On reflection, If I’d asked for one I’m sure it would have been provided as the staff were so helpful but I didn’t think to do so!

Excellent and reasonably priced, modern hotel.

Pros: Nice,big room. Clean. Nicely decorated with a balcony. Wonderful receptionists . Rafaello was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing. It was all good.

An excellent stay with a spacious, clean room, great location, and very helpful staff

Pros: - Everything was wonderful! The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center and the beach(like 8 minutes walk). - The room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped with everything you need. - The staff were kind and helpful, and they even allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception after check-out so we could enjoy the city until our late flight, free of charge.
