IMMOGROOM - Renovated - Sea view - Pool - Patio - Wifi - AC - Parking

Lovely days with pool and great view!

Pros: Apartment is well planned, nice comfort and was very tidy and well cleaned. View from balcony is great! Air conditioning working fine, BUT is placed in the living room, so it doesn't really reach all the way to the bed room. Pool area is fantastic, but very crowded. If you wants to some peace and quiet, need to be there 9-11 am. Sunbeds cost extra, which we did not expect. However a lot cheeper than on the beach. You can order fresh baguetts for the next morning. There is also a minimarket where you order online and get deliverance to the apartment or the pool (it's services is closed between 1:30-5:30).

Pros: Excellent parking thanks to the underground garage, which is thoughtfully divided into sectors and close to your room. The pool area is just as shown in the photos. The room is good and matches the pictures. The view from the room's terrace overlooking the Cannes bay is a special bonus.

Cons: It would be nice to have a reception in the building on the premises.

APT mit Meerblick und Balkon

Pros: Die Lage war sehr gut 👌🏻 Man musste jedoch den Schlüssel 🔑 erst im Büro abholen bei der Agentur. Die Mitarbeiter dort waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. ❤️ Das APT hatte einen großen Balkon und eine super sicht auf das Meer 🌊 zu Fuß zum Strand 15 min und zur Stadt 35-45min zu Fuß. PARKEN kein Thema gibt ein Parkhaus kostenfrei. Gerne wieder im nächsten Jahr 👍

Cons: Leider ist das Bad etwas enger als gewöhnlich. Ich bin 1.88m groß und Trainiert da wird es eben nicht so leicht mit der Bewegungsfreiheit 🤣 aber gut. Leider gab es keinen Backofen das wäre prima gewesen anstatt des Geschirrspüler. Für den Preis absolut ausreichend. Die Anlage selbst könnte etwas an der ein oder anderen Stelle kosmetische Erneuerung bekommen.

Pros: Le logement était très bien équipé. Il manquait de rien et en plus très bien décoré. Une bonne orientation du balcon, qui permet de profiter l après midi.

Cons: Il aurait été intéressant de pouvoir avoir le code du 2eme portail piéton qui donne accès à la résidence. Nous n avion eu qu un seul badge. Avec dess enfants en bas âge cela aurait été suffisant mais avec des adolescents et majeur, c était complexe de rentrer à la résidence sans badge.

Amazing view and nice, clean pool area

Pros: Everything was good. Picked up the keys a bit earlier than expected - with a small charge. Didn't have to go back to the office with the keys after checking out, which is great when you have a 22 hour drive in front of you. Pool area perfect, apartment perfect, the view... brilliant!

Cons: A shame restaurant is closed, and the desk at the pool only offers limited things. Location is a bit far away from restaurant and shoping area. Not walking distance.
