I loved the apartment very much!

Pros: The entire property was excellent—clean, calm, and well organized. The neighborhood is also safe and peaceful. I loved every corner of the apartment and would definitely book again.

Cons: Communication could be improved. The on-site personnel could be more friendly, understanding, and respectful. There was also delayed responses after checkout concerning the deposit refund. Clearer guidance and more consistent, professional communication would enhance the guest experience. However, the apartment itself was fine.
