Pros: Nice cosy apartment with a beautiful view over the sea and surrounding areas. Excellent communications from the host who made every effort to accommodate our needs. We liked the complex, especially the infinity pool. Good location as it's only a ten minute drive to Cannes. Highly recommended.

Pros: Wonderful view and comfortable clean apartment with good parking and pool. Raphael was very kind and friendly and extremely helpful. Had a lovely time. Looking forward to staying again when we hopefully return to Cannes. Thanks.

Cons: 1.التراس بسبب عدم وجود تغطية..وبسبب الشمس والمطر لن تستطيع استخدامه طول الوقت. يمكن حل المشكلة بسيط بوضع شادر . 2. وجود مرايا في الغرف ضروري 3. توفير مروحة في غرفة الاطفال ضروري في الصيف

Pros: fantastischer Ausblick aufs Meer vom.Balkon aus, sauberes und für Familie mit 2 Erw. und 2 Kindern ausreichend geräumiges Appartment, tolle Poolanlage, ebenfalls mit traumhaftem Meerblick, Unterkunft in einem schönen Stadtteil von Cannes gelegen, Raphaël war ein absolut sympathischer, sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber

Cons: Strand (Plage du Midi) zwar zu Fuß in 15 Min (bergab) gut erreichbar, aber Rückweg erfordert gewisse Fitness und mehr Zeit, da es recht steil bergauf geht; leider kein Sonnenschirmständer für Balkon vorhanden (bereits an Raphaël weitergegeben); Klimaanlagen-Abwasser sollte zukünftig mit Schale / Eimer aufgefangen werden, damit sich in den Ecken des Balkons nicht immer Pfützen bilden

Pros: Lidt for korte senge, men ellers fin lejlighed til prisen. Dog kan man ikke bruge balkonen om dagen pga. der ingen parasol er. Tæt på busser til Cannes. Lækker pool.

Perfeita, sem defeitos.

Pros: O apartamento é excelente. Muito confortavél, limpo e tem uma vista maravilhosa. A cozinha é bem completa, louça nova e em ótimo estado. O condominio é bem grande e tem uma piscina incrivel, com bora infinita. Poderia viver nesse lugar. Raphael é um anfitrião muito atencioso, gentil e rápido nas respostas.

Ausblick und der Pool waren Top !

Pros: Die Aussicht vom Balkon und der Infinity Pool hat uns sehr gefallen, Garage fürs Auto perfekt, alles ist überwacht. Raphaël ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und hat immer prompt geantwortet.

Cons: Leider wie bereits beschrieben, veraltete Ausstattung, das Elternbett zu klein, Raphaël war sehr hilfsbereit und hat unsere Rückmeldung bereits an den Inhaber weitergeleitet, wir hoffen im nächsten Jahr auf ein neues Appartment 😊
