Unkomplizierte Anreise und sehr saubere Wohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber und scheint einer der wenigen mit Klimaanlage zu sein, wie uns ein Nachbar mitgeteilt hat. Die Anleitungen sind Idiotensicher, alles lief ganz easy.

Traumhaft:) wenn dann die Klima eingebaut ist:)

Pros: Die Lage ist super, wer Meerblick möchte muss eine andere Wohnung wählen, da man hier nur das Meer zwischen den Bäumen sieht. Trotzdem sehr schön:) Die Anreise mit der Tiefgarage und Code für die Schlüsselbox war unkompliziert und sehr bequem da man in dieser Wohnung direkt mit dem Aufzug in die obere Etage fährt.

Cons: Klimaanlage hat gefehlt dafür gab es einen starken Ventilator und Klima wird zeinah eingebaut, auf Nachfrage habe ich diese Info habe ich erhalten:) es wäre schön wenn die Anlage Gastronomie hätte um vor Oft essen zu können. Die Mülltonnen neben den Autos in der Garage und die sehr schlechte Luft war nicht so angenehm, aber verständlich, dass sie irgendwo stehen müssen
