Pros: The staff at reception couldn't be more helpful ... they were great!

Pros: a lot can be done with kindness. I got such a good result within minutes of signing up for their free loyalty programme. The room just happened to be ready the morning I needed it. you can leave your bag in peace after the chech-out. the rooms are well maintained and nothing is missing. but most importantly I slept really well, even though one of the busiest streets was outside the window. the main thing - everything close enough to catch the French at a decent speed.

Convenient and worth the money

Pros: I didn’t have the breakfast. I like that it was a 10 min walk away from the city centre/beach/station. Very convenient. The staff were great also!

Cons: Nothing major, the corridor and reception area had a lack of bright lighting but not totally bad. A few slight renovations can be done to the room and lift but other than that it was great!

Pros: This hotel was the best in terms of value for money in our trip around Côte d’Azur. Great location for a one night sleepover. The room was clean and had everything that we needed.

Cons: Price for breakfast seemed a bit high, so we had one in a cafe nearby (no regrets)

Pros: Spacious room, toilet and bathroom are separate. There were bath and shower in the room. Good sound isolation. Very comfortable bed. Big TV with few kids channels ( in some hotels my child was disappointed to have no cartoons). Good location. There’s around 15 minutes to the beach. 10 minutes to the main bus and train station of the Cannes. One bus station in one minute walk if you don’t want to walk to the centre you can catch the bus. Nice breakfast with huge variety of coffee and tea. It was the first hotel where I saw so many different choices of drinks. Kids corner on the ground floor with some colouring books and books. I like staff at the reception, they are ready to help every time you have a question. But I wanna see more invisible service, when I shouldn’t ask for anything and they have few moments to work on.

Cons: Bad everyday cleaning is the biggest problem. Few times forgot to give towels for the third person. There’s no cups ( just few paper cups a day) and there is no spoons or even sticks in the room. Bad ventilation in the bathroom. They have coolers on every floor, but very often there weren’t any paper cups next to it ( on the ground floor next to the reception was everything and always perfect).

Pros: Great location with a short walk to the front. Great family rooms and decent buffet breakfast.

It is a solid option in Cannes during the festival time.

Pros: Great location, clean rooms, solid buffet breakfast. Helpful staff. Big bed, and additional working place with sofa was also in the big room. Room was quiet despite street view location. Terrace option for breakfast is very friendly in good weather.

Cons: Restroom seemed to bo a mobile additional element is the room. WC was small and the flushing button was broken, which was quite uncomfortable. There was also no toilet brush in the toilet which was strange. Only one tiny elevator which looked not enough during morning rush hour.

Wonderful Christmas holiday

Pros: The reception staff was friendly and the house keeping was excellent cleaning the rooms daily.

Cons: I loved everything.

Pros: location and parking were great, parking was a little awkward, so drive slowly

Cons: beds were comfortable and we had two separate single beds for the kids, a rarity in hotel rooms

I would try it again!!
