Best Western Plus Cannes Riviera & SPA

Pros: Friendly staff, that were responsive and assisted with a special event and organise a surprise. The location is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars and the train station The bed is ultra comfy. The best mattress I've had in a long time.

Cons: The room was smaller than expected

Lovely four night stay.

Pros: Lovely little roof top pool, friendly atmosphere and good location. Really friendly lovely helpful reception staff.

Cons: The breakfast wasn’t good. The scrambled egg was like water and the baguettes were often hard. Would also love to see fresh sliced fruit rather than fruit salad.

Pros: The room was reasonable size for the price we paid. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and we thought it had a very friendly atmosphere. If you arrive by train, the hotel is very close as it is at the back of the station via an underpass.if you have heavy luggage, you can use a lift to go down to the underpass and then you can use another lift to go up to street level for the hotel.

Cons: The hotel is by the main motorway ,and it is some times differcult to cross the road via several pedestrian crossings . There are 2 underground passages that you can use to get under the railway and motorway, which take you to different parts of the city. You have to pay to use the roof garden.

We had an amazing stay, so we will probably come back.

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, neat and clean, breakfast was good too - everything was very tasty. Rooftop pool is cool.

Cons: Would be good to have more options at the bar. There was not enough bottled drinking water provided in the room.

Pros: Fabulous hotel, our stay was made extra special by the friendly yet personal Arnold at reception. Will return on our next trip to Cannes.

Close to Cannes station and friendly staff

Pros: Close to the mainline train station. Free upgrade to a suite with a large balcony. Comfortable large beds, good shower and bathroom.

Cons: You may be put off by the proximity to the main road, but we didn’t find it a problem. Soundproof windows.
