Pros: The hotel location is excellent, the room is spacious, very clean, the staff is very helpful. The breakfast room is small, but the offer is quite sufficient. The hotel does not have enough parking spaces, but there is a public garage in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, literally a few steps away.

Pros: From the moment we arrived at Hotel Renoir at 1am, we were warmly welcomed by Mo, whose genuine kindness and efficiency made our check-in seamless. The hotel's location next to a police station offered a strong sense of safety, while being just a 2-minute walk from the center and 10 minutes from the beach—ideal for busy events like the fireworks festival. The 24/7 room service was incredibly convenient, and the thoughtful addition of a handheld fan in the room was appreciated, especially given the summer heat in Cannes. The room was clean and of average size, with beautiful sunset views from the balcony. What truly stood out, however, was the consistently helpful and friendly staff who made our stay memorable—definitely a place we'd return to.

Cons: While our overall stay was great, there were a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. The stairs leading up to reception can be a challenge, especially if you're carrying large suitcases. Although staff are available during the day to help, the absence of a lift at the entrance could be a significant issue for wheelchair users or those with mobility concerns. Additionally, while the room's interior design was stylish and thoughtfully done, the low-hanging bedside lamps, though visually appealing, were quite impractical — it’s easy to bump your head on them until you get used to the layout.

Pros: The spacious room, the fantastic, large, and most comfortable bed, the close proximity to the train station, but in an ok area, the only 10 minute walk to the beach, the price for the room, and the hotel staff, especially Gabriela, who was very warm and there to help us with anything. Highly recommend 👌
