A hotel that embodies exceptional hospitality

I have stayed in many different hotels in many countries over the years, but I have never experienced such excellent hospitality and service from the moment of check-in to check-out. Many thanks to everyone. I would also like to thank to the general manager for bringing together such valuable staff.

Pros: The hotel is exceptional. My stay was marvelous and I can’t thank enough the amazing staff in Reception, Concierge, at Breakfast, at the Beach and at the Spa. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, engaging and professional. The food both at breakfast (I highly recommend it) and the restaurants were amazing. I would like to give an extra special thank you to Tolga in reception. I had the good fortune to be greeted by him when I arrived and do my check out with him. What a wonderful person, so courteous, funny, welcoming and professional. He set the tone for my visit and it was great. I so appreciated it. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel in Cannes.

Overral a very good hotel ! Great staff.

Pros: The concierge was amazing. Very helpful in this busy week of Cannes Lion where most beaches were closed. The convenient shower is perfect if you have a late flight.

Cons: The spa did not seem really clean (a bit of a smell in it. No fruits, no relaxing area - or it was not shown to me at arrival to the spa)

Great stay but escape expos

Pros: Very nice property in which you can feel heritage. Staff is very attentive and always there to help. Breakfast selection is pretty wide. Well done. Great hotel when there are no events/expos as you can use all facilities.

Cons: It was Cannes Lions while we stayed there and it ended in a meantime. I must say it is different hotel. Different vibe, different breakfast, different guests etc. Due to event, sun-beds were limited creating chaos between guest as it had about 20ish sun-beds for whole hotel. Value for money here is lowest rated.
