Superb value for money with superb staff.

Pros: We loved staying here, the location is excellent, close to both the railway station and the centre of Cannes. The staff are exceptional, kind, attentive and friendly. The cost to stay here was also great value for money, and we added the continental breakfast while we stayed as it was cheaper than having breakfast out in Cannes. The room was adequate in size, not too small but clean and had everything required, we even asked for more pillows which wasn’t an issue for them. We were lucky that the hotel was closing for a weeks holiday on our last day and they allowed us to the the room all day rather than carry our luggage around with us. Nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly recommended.

Cons: There is nothing we didn’t like, maybe boiled eggs at breakfast would have been a bonus but that’s a small part and didn’t affect our stay in the slightest.

Pros: We had everything we needed to stay there one night. For the price the hotel is perfect.

Pros: Staff very friendly. It's in a great location in the centre of Cannes. Everything in the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well.

Cons: My bathroom was on the small side. It's fine for a single person. Adequate for a short stay.

Pros: I stayed at this hotel recently and was overall very pleased with the experience. The price is very reasonable, especially considering the excellent location, just a short walk from the beach, which is a huge plus. The area is lively but not noisy, making it perfect for a relaxed vacation. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is truly outstanding, friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay.

Cons: There are a couple of small downsides. The hotel doesn't have private parking, but I was always able to find a public parking spot nearby without much trouble. Also, breakfast could be improved. There was no ham or similar protein option, and the portions of bread are brought by the receptionist and appear to be the same for all guests, regardless of appetite. Still, considering the price, cleanliness, and especially the location, this hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for a budget-friendly stay near the beach.
