If u travel light location wise is great

Pros: Location amazing super central. They have a lift although very narrow but at least they have, clean, staff friendly.

Cons: but the room was really tiny u could barely move, for 1 can work but for 2 was too small

Pros: Really top located, 5 min from the train station and 5 min to Croisette, very clean, small room, but absolutely sufficient, as I was just for sleeping there! Sabrina at Rezeption is a very kind person! Really a top place to be and very recommendable!

central and a good deal

Pros: very central and efficient choice in terms of quality and price. Staff was happy and very helpful. Cleaning staff was very nice and always accommodating.

Cons: rooms are a bit small and some like mine have side windows on the rear part of the building with few natural light coming in.

Pros: Warm welcome. Excellent location between station and sea. Nice shower room. Lots of good late opening restaurants near (we arrived at 10pm).

Cons: Room quite small for two people. Extractor fans outside noisy during night.

Cannes Experience

Pros: The room was quite big & it had a small enclosed balcony. Bathroom spotless & very good shower. Both were cleaned daily & towels replaced. Continental breakfast was good. 5 minute walk to the beach & train station. All the staff were very helpful, especially Sabrina.

Cons: Nothing to dislike about the hotel or location.

Highly recommended, great central hotel at a good rate!

Pros: The property was super central and walking distance from everything. I was pleasantly surprised on arriving as I was a little unsure what a I would get as the price was so reasonable! My hotel room was amazing, very clean and neat and modern. The team on the front desk were amazing, friendly and helpful. And I will definitely be recommending this hotel. And look forward to my next stay!

Pros: Très bien situé sur Cannes, proximité gare et festival, en plein centre-ville! Très bon accueil et à l'écoute des clients, hôtel et chambre propre! Si vous avez une demande, ils essaient de vous satisfaire!

Cons: Un peu bruyant (en plein centre ville même si c'est logique, on entends un peu trop le passage dans le couloir), le seul vrai point dérangeant c'est la taille de l’ascenseur si vous avez beaucoup de bagage à monter, très petit, sinon rien de réellement négatif à signaler!
