Pros: Location, size and cleanliness and equipment of the apartment, parking space in the underground garage. The representative of owner, a lovely lady waited us to arrive and greeted us with warm welcome. She did her best to ensure we have a great stay and holiday in Cannes. We much appreciated her hard work! I hope the owner will allow us to come back in 2024 with our dog again.

Pros: Schönes Apartment in bester Lage mit allem, was man braucht. Besonderen Dank nochmal an Ghislaine, die sich wirklich sehr gut und unkompliziert gekümmert hat. Die Klimaanlagen waren Gold wert. Das Frühstück draußen war toll, Aufzüge bis in die 9. Etage, sauberes, sicheres und freundliches Umfeld. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Прекрасный вид из балкона, очень приятный диван в зале ! Новый и удобный , из материала бархата. было достаточно чисто ,

Pros: Есть все необходимое ! Стиральный порошок , таблетки для посудомоечной машины, чай, кофе и тд.

Cons: Запах приходящий в ванную из вентиляции. Странные ароматы. Можно добавить больше полотенец и постельного белья для гостей на продолжительный период.

Pros: Bonne location, a quelque 10 a 15 minutes a pieds du Palais et de la Croisette. L'apartement est tre sympa. Belle terrasse. La dame qui nous a recu etait tres acceuillante, un grand Merci!

Cons: Certains meubles veillottes, la table sur la terrasse vraiment ancienne, dans le mauvais sens, elle a mal a tenir toute seule sur ses pieds. Pas mal de details sur les murs a reviser. Et bien sur la proprete - nous avons trouve un couteau sale dans son tirroir. Le parking au sous-sol est parfait, mais ce serait correct do noter avant de reserver qu'il faut le payer en surplus. Riens d'important, amis au prix de cet appart je pense qu'il pouvait etre inclu. Et, enfin, on n'a pas recu l'appart demande au 9-ieme etage, amis au 3-eme, car il parait qu'il y a un probleme avec sa clim. L'annee dernier qqun d'autre l' avait note.
