Pros: The location was quite convenient with only a 15 minute walk to the harbour where I attended the yearly Yacht show. There is apparently also a bus that can take you to the coast in no time. The host Marjorie was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The views from the apartment are great and it even has a small terrace to chill out on. All in all a great place in a great city.

Cons: The building is an older one, and at times it can be a bit loud when doors are closed or people are talking.

Great location with amazing views

Pros: Beautiful apartment on the top floor of a building with stunning views from terrace! Very bright and clean. Equipped with everything you need, I made breakfasts during my stay. Comfortable bed and wide shower cabin. Nice location, never used buses, you can reach main places on foot in 15 minutes. Marjorie met me at the check in and provided a detailed overview of the apartment, thank you! My stay was peaceful and relaxing.

Perfect apartment, new and comfortable. Beautiful terrace!

Pros: Very comfortable studio apartment, just renovated. Fully equipped, clean and quiet with a beautiful terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding area and also the sea. Absolutely nothing is missing to be able to have a medium-long term holiday. Located just 15 minutes from the center of Cannes and 20 minutes from the Croisette. The owner was very helpful, precise and communicative. One of the best accommodations I've ever been to. I highly recommend it

Relaxing and enjoyable, even if we had to walk 1 km to the beach. Good exercise.

Pros: Comfortable and clean. Our host was very pleasant and helpful. Marjorie gave us all the necessary information. Air conditioning was necessary because of the hot weather. Kitchen well supplied.

Cons: A little noisy in the evening but when you closed the windows you could sleep. No private parking but Marjorie gave us all the places to park. We found one anyway. 40 metres away.

Pleasant stay with amazing view

Pros: The apartment is exceptional as described and met our expectations. Nice, clean, well-equipped, and beautiful from the rooftop terrace. The host Marjorie is super friendly, helpful, and responsive. Everything was great and we had a very pleasant stay.

Cons: Not at all (The only downside one may find is that it's about 2km to the centre but not a problem for us as it's just a short, walkable distance and the bus is pretty frequent, plus the 3-day bus ticket is only 8.60 eur)
