Comfortable stay at an excellent location

Pros: Excellent location, close to the station, the beach and all the main places in Cannes. The staff were very helpful.

Cons: The flat requires some minor maintenance like blocked drain in the shower and some walls would benefit from repainting, but overall our stay was very comfortable

Perfect Location and Great Value in the Heart of Cannes

Pros: I had a fantastic stay here! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk (45 meters ca) to La Croisette and surrounded by excellent restaurants like Bobo, which is literally around the corner. It’s the ideal apartment for anyone wanting to enjoy the beaches, shopping, and vibrant dining scene in Cannes. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and even allowed me to store my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. The rooms are simple but have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s exactly what you want if you’re looking for a clean and functional place to sleep and relax after a day out. There’s also a washing machine and a small kitchen, which is great if you prefer not to eat out—though with so many restaurants, cafés and bakeries just outside the door, you might not need it! Would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant location, easy to the beach and restaurants and night life .

Pros: Bed in cormoran 1 was fantastic, really comfortable. You would not notice any body moving, so slept soundly. Well equipped kitchen.

Pros: L’emplacement est parfait, juste sur la Croisette en face la mer le studio est spacieux et calme. Très pratique pour un long séjour à Cannes.

Cons: Leiligheten var ikke godt vedlikeholdt. Kraner hang og slang, lamper virket ikke og markisen var fillete. Det fungerte ok for vi var lite i leiligheten.
