Pros: Location was perfect, right beside train and bus station that can bring you anywhere along the riviera. Room was really clean, and the kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to make some meals for yourself as Cannes can be pricy. Staff was really friendly too and we could leave our suitcases at the office as we had a late flight.

Cons: Was promised a “city view” but we actually had a car park view. Two single beds used instead of a double bed but everything else was perfect.

Cons: Be aware that there is a lot of construction work going on around the apartment which starts at 6-7am during the weekdays. So if you want to lie in this may not be for you

Clean, well-located apartment

Pros: I had a great stay at this apartment in Cannes :) Everything was very clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the small coffee machine—perfect for a morning espresso. The location is fantastic, with everything I needed just a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again

Great apartment near croisette

Pros: Great location near to the promenade and restaurants and shops of Rue Antibes and surrounding area. God size apartment for a short stay.

Cons: Despite thorough instructions not easy to find late at night when the hotel won’t let you through to their car park at the rear so you have to walk round the back to locate keys

extremely comfortable and bright apartment in a superb location.

Pros: Superb location centrally on the Croisette but be aware that some of the photos from the grounds show a south-facing block while this apartment is to the left and faces East. Because of this, beautiful sunrise over East Cannes from the bed, and sea view. An electric sunscreen is provided outside the patio doors to reduce glare if required. Comfy bed and one easy chair, 2 dining chairs and 4 chairs on the balcony so plenty of choice of seating ! Cooking facilities are adequate (2 induction hob plates and a microwave) with plenty of dining plates, bowls, glasses etc. Small supermarkets are within walking distance, especially if the rear exit is used (round to the right out of the lift, and down the stairs). Large TV with very clear picture and European channels (I found no UK or English-language channels).

Cons: Very little to dislike. The crockery and cutlery could have been rationalized for the likely use of the apartment. Lots of dining plates and pasta bowls but only 2 side-plates, and no sharp cooking knives for food preparation. It would also have been useful to have information about the provision for refuse. We discovered a bin in a small room half a flight of stairs down from the apartment which was regularly emptied but did not know if glass, packaging etc should be put in.
