Pros: Great location with balcony and sea view. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and was exactly as advertised. We appreciated the coffee machine, reliable Wi-Fi and a large fridge.

Fabulous & perfect for what we needed.

Pros: Paul was a very attentive host and couldn't have done more to support our stay. The property location was ideal for our meetings with customers attending the TFWA and it is within walking distance of some lovely restaurants. We'd love to come back next year!

Cons: Lights in the toilet of master bedroom didn't work. Give some pillow options and supply a duvet from the get go, as it was a little cold. Paul did come straight up once this was requested.

A dream place to stay while in Cannes!

Pros: Very comfortable, safe and cozy place. The location was superb and we had this wonderful sea view from the terrasse! Would definitely stay there again if back to Cannes some day!

Pros: The front desk staff, the apartment view and the wide balcony!! The main room was superb. Very comfortable apartment in an excellent location.

Cons: The second room was a bit small. Had a shower inside but would rather have a wc instead. The sofa's tapestry is due for renewal. They could have some more nespresso capsules (just two in our arrival) and some bigger water bottles (just 2 small bottles)

Great location and value

Pros: Our studio felt newly refurbished and was very clean , great location and service from the Agence .

Cons: There was only one comfortable sitting chair , take the terrace dining set out and put two comfortable beds or chairs on the terrace

Pros: L’appartamento e’ molto bello con una vista mare e parco stupenda. In cucina non manca nulla, le camere sono confortevoli e le docce spaziose. La zona giorno arredata con gusto e la terrazza arredata perfetta per una colazione fuori anche in pieno inverno! Inoltre la posizione con due uscite, una sulla Croisette e una verso il centro con negozi e ristoranti, rendono questa struttura la soluzione perfetta per un soggiorno di lusso a Cannes!

Cons: Tutto molto bello, tuttavia ci sono due bagni completi di doccia e lavandino ma vi e’ solo un Wc che per 3/“4 persone puo’ essere un po’ scomodo per un soggiorno lungo. Inoltre nelle notti a ridosso del weekend nelle camere da letto si sentivano molto i rumori (musica e schiamazzi)dei locali notturni sottostanti l’edificio. La comunicazione con l’agenzia e’ stata perfetta, purtroppo pero’ ho perso 3 notti su 6 del soggiorno per via di un grave problema familiare ed essendo fuori dal periodo della cancellazione gratuita non mi hanno rimborsato nulla e tantomeno hanno dato un voucher per soggiorni futuri. Mi sarei aspettata un po’ di tolleranza in più data la situazione. Meglio sempre fare un’assicurazione aggiuntiva considerati gli importi spesi.
