Pros: I booked this hotel for a couple of friends for their summer vacation. So, as reported by them, everything was just perfect. The place, the location, the cleanliness, etc. and most importantly the host who was very kind and helpful.

Pros: The host makes a great job of arranging a clean and comfortable home for the guests and not just another rented place. The linens and towels are new, pretty and clean and the bed is already prepared for the guests. There are coffee, tea, species, oil and vinegar, which is really appreciated if you stay for a short time and don't want to buy and carry them in your luggage. The detailed check-in and parking instructions are provided. The location of the flat is also comfortable –– it is close to the centre, within 7-8 minutes of walking distance from Rue de Antibes; however, far enough from the noisy bars and nightclubs. All is great –– you simply unpack and enjoy your life.

Cons: A little downside of the flat is its thin walls that deprive of full privacy.

Pros: Franchement je ne peux que faire des éloges à tous points de vue sur cette offre locative. D'abord l'emplacement TOP, le parking privé TOP, le confort et l'équipement TOP, la propreté TOP, la TV et le WIFI TOP, la literie TOP, sanitaire et salle de douche TOP et bien sûr tout ceci grâce à l'implication de l'hôte REMI qui lui aussi est au TOP du TOP pour facilité le séjour ! Tout est à proximité ... restaus, bars, commerces (Intermarché à 3 mns, Lidl à 4 mns, la Gare et l'hypercentre à moins de 10 mns ! Bref c'est super .... Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Merci REMI

Cons: A mes yeux : RIEN tout est parfait ! Allez histoire de mettre un truc : Je n'ai pas vu l'essoreuse à salade :) !
