Cosy apartment + secured PARKING

Clean, cosy, comfortable and complete apartment within minutes of Cannes centre. Recommended.

Pros: This is a clean, comfortable and cosy apartment located about 6 minutes walk from the centre of Cannes. Plenty restaurants, bars, beach and public transport near by. Car parking availablity was a great bonus becuase of difficulty in finding near by public parking spaces. Overall very satisfying.

Cons: A slight hiccup occurred when I called the telephone number given in the booking upon arrival. A lady answered the phone wanted booking number etc and stating she would call back. However, the landlord got back via booking.com app. Other than that, all went well

Pros: The property was perfect, close to the city centre, we used the garage, having three motorcycles it allowed us to sleep without too many problems. Easy checking and easy checkout.

Ok for a few days, comfortable for the parking spot included

Pros: The house is new and well furnished. The bed is comfortable and so is the sofa. The position is very good, you can leave the car in the garage and walk to the sea and to the center. The parking spot is very useful, as it is not easy to park otherwise.

Cons: The house is quite small, it is ok for a few days. Only 2 toilet paper rolls were provided, and no basic stuff in the kitchen. For a few days, it is uncomfortable if I need to buy stuff, as most probably I cannot bring them with me. Air conditioning was very noisy in some moments, and the neighbours complained.

Perfect for requirements and last minute booking for Cannes Lions festival

Pros: Excellent hosts with great communication. The apartment was clean and everything was as listed in the description. Very happy and would recommend.

Pros: The property was so close to the beach and the train station so there was easy access to neighbouring cities like Nice and Monaco. It was very clean and was so close to cafes and shops.

Cons: I don’t have any complaints but an oven would have been amazing.

Pleasant Stay

Pros: Location, Value for the money, Garage ( My VW Touran fit but it's not recommended for big SUV), quiet place. Very efficient air conditioning and good WI FI.

Excellent stay @ Cannes

Pros: Perfect location, walking distance to the beach/shops/tourist attractions. An excellent communication with the owner during the whole process from taking over the keys until leaving.

Appartement bien agencé et surtout très bien situé avec un vrai plus : le garage

Pros: L’appartement est très bien placé, seulement 10mn à pied du centre. Le garage est un vrai plus, nous permettant de profiter du séjour en toute sérénité. Il est bien équipé et agencé de façon optimal.

Cons: Rien de particulier, tout était ok pour nous.

Pros: L appartamento si trova in una posizione ottimale x visitare la costa azzurra. 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di cannes. Super comodo il garage privato tra l'altro vicinissimo all ingresso dell appartamento in modo da facilitare lo scarico dell auto. Appartamento piccolino ma con tutti i confort necessari. Eravamo in 4 e ci siamo stati benissimo. La cucina è completa di tutto il necessario per cucinare. La pulizia è ottima e anche il riscaldamento. Di notte si dorme bene e non ci sono rumori. Il check in è stato spiegato nel dettaglio e super facile. Super consigliato!!
