Very secure, spacious apartment. Brilliant managing and checkin staff from the agency.

Pros: Clean, spacious, excellent checkin and out, all members of the team were really helpful. Gated, so very secure. Well stocked with kitchen equipment and washing machine was useful.

Cons: The lighting - very bright and no side reading lights at all. Reading lights would make a dramatic difference to the apartment.

Bright, spacious, central - perfect for our needs

Pros: Comfortable, bright apartment, very spacious. Better than in the photos. Great location. Had everything we needed. There is also a private parking, though we didn't use it. Friendly and welcoming staff, both at check in and check-out.

Pros: The apartment corresponds to the photo. The location is good 10 minutes walk from the beach. The apartments have everything you need. There is a closed garage. The apartments are located in a closed complex. In general, we liked the rest.

Pros: Прекрасные апартаменты. Удобное расположение, я бы сказала, идеальное. В комплексе есть большой супермаркет. 5-7 мин хоть бы до набережной Круазетт.

Cons: Нет посудомоечной машины. Это очень странно для моей долго оборудованной кухни. При отъезде по правилам дома надо вымыть всю посуду и холодильник очистить.

Pros: Останавливаемся здесь второй раз. Размещения прошло прекрасно, notre respect Mm Cécilia . В целом всё отлично, просторная квартира, светлая, но без докучливого солнца в окна. Большая ванная комната и очень просторная кухня студия. Болшая терраса-балкон. Нам комфортно почти на все 90.

Cons: Кондиционер не помешал бы. . Прежний холодильник нам был удобнее. Нужно убрать искуственную зелень с террасы, так как на жаре она издаёт не очень приятный запах. Хотелось бы check out хотя бы до 11h00'.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Pros: L'appartement correspond tout à fait au descriptif et aux photos. Il est très au calme, avec un parking en sous-sol et proche du centre ville de Cannes. Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse à l'ombre. L'équipe de gestion de la société SCLS est extrêmement professionnelle, offrant une excellente prise en charge du client.

Cons: Il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle et l'appartement est à l'ombre, ce qui est plutôt agréable par temps chaud.

Pros: Sehr gute Lage, sehr komfortables Apartment, nette Vermieterin

Cons: Leider wurde nach erfolgter Buchung per message eine Kaution von 500,- Euro verlangt, sonst gibt es keinen Schlüssel. Diese musste über eine Webseite hinterlegt werden. Das ganze war extrem dubios, wir mussten mehrmals telefonieren - darunter mit einem äußerst unangenehmen Mitarbeiter der Agentur - um herauszufinden, ob es sich nicht um Betrug handelt. Leider öffnet diese Art der Bezahlung Tür und Tor für Betrug.
