Pros: The apartment is located just a 5-minute walk behind the train station. To get to the other side, you need to go through the underpass. Don’t worry if you have a heavy suitcase and arrive by train, you can take the elevator down directly from the station building on the left side, and then take another elevator up from the underpass. In just 2 minutes, the apartment is right in front of you. The self check-in with key collection was very convenient. Overall, the apartment is suitable for either a solo traveler or a couple. The small kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, including a fridge, and the dishes were clean and pretty. The sofa bed was fine, the mattress felt a bit firm to me, but I still slept well. The balcony is cute, though not really spacious enough to sit and relax for long. The dining table was comfortable, and the smart TV was a great addition.

Cons: There are, however, two points that could slightly affect the overall impression. First, the cleaning before check-in could have been more thorough. Second, I noticed small ants near the bathroom and the entrance door. Some door frames and wall areas also need a bit of repair or repainting, for example near the mirror. On the positive side, the neighbors were quiet, and the high ceilings gave the apartment a nice sense of space despite its compact size.

Truly a wonderful and quaint little apartment. Really well equipped with electrical appliances.

Pros: The view was excellent and it was really close to the Palais de Cannes

Cons: Il y avait un peu de poussière sur le sol et un peu de terre (?) Mais sinon tout était propre.
