Studio Cannes Gray d'Albion

Pros: We had a wonderful experience in Cannes, and much of it was thanks to Erika. The apartment we stayed in was exactly what we dreamed of: spacious, stylish, fully equipped, and perfectly located – on Rue d’Antibes, just 2 minutes from the beach, right in the heart of the city. Erika was an exceptional host – warm, thoughtful, and incredibly hospitable. From the very first moment, she made sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. We truly felt welcome and at ease. I wholeheartedly recommend her!

Pros: Overall my stay was an amazing one! Erika's accommodation is conveniently located just a few blocks away from the Palais de Festival, and it was facing the Gray d' Albion courtyard, and one of the streets on the side. This made it quiet, but still there was lots of natural light coming in during the day. What I have enjoyed most - and it was of great importance - apart from its location, was the amazing linen quality and the perfect quality of the mattress, clearly up to 5* hotel standards! Being at Cannes for a big event, a good night sleep was absolutely necessary and I had a GREAT night sleep. Erika herself is very welcoming and accommodating, and very thoughtful for having coffee pods, iron / ironing board, water, and some fruit available on arrival. She was very punctual to meet on my arrival and departure, and kind enough to offer a slightly earlier check in as availability allowed. I would certainly book Erika's apartment in a heartbeat! Loved it! :)

Cons: My stay was absolutely flawless, and did not spot any areas for improvement. Certainly suit the purpose of the booking!

Great apartment excellent host

Pros: The apartment is very nice very well maintained and clean, comfortable bed. Super location very close the palais des congress and the centre ville. Mrs. ERIKA is an excellent host. Very attentive and responsive and also very nice as a person. This is the best stay in Cannes for the last few years. I would definitely come back

Pros: One of the best locations in Cannes, very clean, quiet building, the studio is facing the full of green plants garden. The building has a parking in the basement, you pay directly to interparking, with direct access to the apartments- a great plus. Many thanks to the owner of the studio, which was a great host.

Very comfortable and well located

Pros: I received a really warm welcome. The location was amazing and really close to everything. It was also quiet enough to get away from the hustle and bustle. I forgot some clothes there and the host really went out of her way to make sure I got them back.

Cons: Bathroom was in need of updating, which I understand is planned in the near future. The toilet was leaky and the toilet seat broken.
