WE CANNES ! Cosy 2-bedroom apartment with terrace Cannes Center

Modern apartment with great location.

Pros: The apartment is just like in the photos, modern, well equipped and super clean. You will be provided with everything you need including towels, detergent etc. There is air conditioning in all three rooms and the apartment has a large balcony with a table and chairs. The beds were nice and comfortable. If you're travelling by car, it is super convenient that the apartment has a garage which is very secure. The location is also excellent, it's much closer to the main beach in reality than it seems on Google maps, around 5 minutes on foot. It's right in the center of Cannes, close to the festival building and old town. I would also add that the host Michael is very kind and was helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend if you're visiting Cannes, it's definitely worth the price, and we would gladly stay there again.

Great quality for affordable price🌟

Pros: The apartment fully matched the photos and description. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach and the Palais des Festivals, and only 3 minutes to the main train station, with easy access to Antibes, Nice, Monaco, and other cities along the French Riviera. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. Special thanks to Mikael for his outstanding hospitality — he arranged both check-in and check-out at times that were convenient for us and was always quick to respond with care and attention. There’s also a secure garage for your car, so you won’t have to worry about parking. Highly recommended!

We had good experience, happy with the location and we liked the host.

Pros: Super friendly host, very helpful and responds quickly. Great location, specially if to travel because of the film festival, apartment is 10min walking distance from Palais des Festival.

Pros: Great location. Less than 10 minutes walk to beaches, the port, casino and restaurants.

Pros: Très propre, Mickaël a était super professionel et au petit soin j’hésiterais pas à retourner dans cette appartement si jamais je passe sur cannes. Le tarif est accessible pour un tel emplacement. Vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermer.

Pros: L'appartement est très bien équipé. Il ne manque rien (mis à part un caddie pour faire les courses si l'on veut être perfectionniste). Les chambres sont spacieuses et la climatisation fonctionne très bien. On a pu prendre les repas sur la terrasse ce qui est très appréciable.

Cons: La seule chose qui pourrait être améliorée est la propreté des sols, sinon rien à redire.
