Capodanno e fuochi sulla Croisette

Pros: Appuntamento come da foto, spazioso accogliente luminoso dotato di due belle camere e tre bagni. Un salone bellissimo con un bel divano. Illuminazione dell'appartamento moderna e funzionale, riscaldamento eccellente. La cucina dotata di tutti gli utensili un bellissimo frigorifero, no lavastoviglie. Un terrazzo spazioso e vivibile, noi non l'abbiamo sfruttato molto perché inverno, ma l'abbiamo molto apprezzato. La zona dista circa 200 metri dalla Croisette, vicina a supermercati, panetterie, rosticceria e farmacia. Condominio pulito e silenzioso. Nei pressi parcheggi gratuiti, l'appartamento è fornito anche di garage privato. Il proprietario ha lasciato le chiavi in key box indicando con precisione la localizzazione, è sempre stato disponibile a collaborare, anche se purtroppo non è riuscito a sistemare televisione, internet e telecomando per il garage privato.

Cons: Unica pecca, non funzionava internet e nemmeno la televisione.

Pros: Blizina plaže, blizina autobuske stanice, bezbednost objekta, prostranost objekta i sadržaj svake prostorije (klima u svakoj sobi), divna ogromna terasa, generalno veoma udoban objekat

Cons: Malo više posvetiti pažnju održavanju čistoće, falila je mašina za sudove (pretpostavljam da je u kvaru, jer postoji prostor za istu)

В целом все понравилось, вернулись бы еще.

Pros: Тихая местность вдали от центра (особенно важно во время кинофестиваля), наличие бесплатной подземной парковки!, достаточное количество туалетных принадлежностей, просторная квартира, большая терраса, бесконтактное заселение. Близко 2-3 продуктовых магазина. Электрические батареи во всех комнатах и в 1 ванной. 3 туалета. Шум от железной дороги - не мешал.

Cons: 1. Пахло краской (вероятно после косметического ремонта). 2. Был ремонт дороги - шумно (куда выходят окна спальни и гостиной). 3. Плохо работал пылесос (плохо всасывал), нельзя было убраться самостоятельно. 4. Был не подключен ТВ (не смогли посмотреть футбол ((
