A real gem in the center of Cannes

Pros: This is a really gem of a property! Located in the center of Cannes on a street with lots of lovely shops and restaurants, 3 min walk to a supermarket. The apartment is really spacious and very comfortable for 4 adults with two large bedrooms, large lounge/ dining area. Everything you need in terms of facilities bedding and towels provided and changed each week, great kitchen facilities and a wonderful host, who met us on arrival, and on the day we left and was made himself available for us throughout our stay - would highly recommend

Cons: Nothing really, lift to property is quite small but wasn’t an issue

Pros: We are very lucky that we rented this apartment. The location is very good - everything is close. The apartment is clean, comfortable, cozy. The owner is very attentive and a nice person. I highly recommend it!!!

Pros: Lovely light and bright. Everything needed there and more - two Nespresso machines! A super quiet washing machine used and we air dried clothing in the entrance way as that was so warm and being on the top floor there was no traffic going past so felt very safe to do so. All rooms are spacious and beds comfy. Air con is brilliant. Any issues then the host was quick to sort and overcome any query We’re a family of 6footers or there abouts and the beams were not an issue for us. Super close to the train station And close to a fitness centre if you’re that way inclined! €20/day so not cheap!

Cons: You don’t have a view per se as you’re in the loft and there’s no where to sit out of an evening to mull over a drink and look at the night sky. But that said there are great bars and restaurants just down stairs - and the 100 steps (or cosy lift) get you there and back in no time and help wear off any extra calories!

Beautifully appointed apartment right in the middle of Cannes, 5 mins walk from the beach.

Pros: Fantastic apartment in the centre of Cannes with new and modern fixtures and appliances all kept exceptionally clean. The Velux windows worked perfectly as did the air conditioning. A very comfortable place to stay. The host is an absolute gentleman who greeted us on our arrival with welcome drinks and biscuits.

Cons: The lift up to the 4th floor is very narrow and tiny, it just about fits 2 people and a small luggage but this is a very minor issue. Anyone with a large child’s buggy needs to be aware that it is unlikely to fit.

Our stay was perfect, in an ideal location, comfortable amenities and everything we needed!

Pros: We stayed at this wonderful apartment for five nights and loved it so much that we wished we could have stayed longer. The location is perfect, the apartment is spotless, and it comes with plenty of towels and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there’s lots of space to hang clothes. The apartment is newly renovated, bright, and has great air conditioning. Gerard the owner was so helpful, and we enjoyed meeting him. We hope to return in the future! The apartment's location was fantastic, just a 2-minute walk to the train station and a 5-minute stroll to the beach. We also loved having beautiful restaurants and shops right at our doorstep.

Great apartment in central Cannes. Would happily stay again!

Pros: Lovely apartment in a nice quiet part of town but very central. Decor was very tasteful and the apartment was very well equipped. Owner was a very nice guy who even met us for a drink one afternoon!

Cons: During our stay there was building work next door, which took the owner by surprise. He was very apologetic, compensated us for the inconvenience and managed a difficult situation very well.
