Great location, spacious, well kept apartment

Pros: Well kept apartment Great location Lovely balcony Spacious Shop right next door, along bars, restaurants, coffee shops Secure TV with Netflix, YouTube etc Quiet, despite being in main square location

Cons: Only two minor things Very hard mattress. Low quality bed linen it seemed. 1 pillow per person instead of 2 Were waiting close to 35 minutes outside apartment to be let in on first day of arrival (a long time after travelling with suitcases etc)

Fantastic location. clean, safe, lively street, close to everything but still private and cosy.

Pros: Secure entrance, clean and nice property, adequate kitchen, soundproofing was as good as can be expected on a busy street. \

Cons: The balcony is great, but you have to accept a pretty strong smell of fried food from the restaurants below at times. Not a major problem, but still a bit much at times.

Pros: Excellent location right in Cannes center. Amazing view from loggia of old town and port. Studio is well equipped but what makes it special is loggia.

Cons: If I would visit again I would not take in consideration Wi-Fi and coffee machine.

Pros: Perfect location close to the city center and everything, but still rather quiet, great view from the balcony, apartments are well equipped. Host met me upon arrival and was very nice. Overall I can recommend it and will be glad to stay again.

Cons: I suggest to buy new towels (and dry them properly after washing) - the ones in the apartments had some smell of dampness.

Pros: Everything The view was fabulous and it is right there in all the action ,Restaurants, Beaches , supermarkets and just a stroll to the nearest beaches. The room was clean and the wardrobe space ( and hangers ) was really good and even a steamer for your clothes as well as a iron .

Lovely place with terrace and nice view

Pros: It is lovely place with direct view to festival palace. Appartement is fully equiped and designed very smart. All available place is used in the optimal way. Soundproof windows give you calm time during a night. Commercials, restaurants and anything else you can find in 5 min walk. Next time in Cannes it will be my first place to consider.

Cons: If you arrive on the car think to reserve some parking lot near.
