Pros: Everything was great! Fantastic location, better I could not even think about, contact to the owner was very good-fast cominication, very nice people, we could leave our luggage in the office for hole day in the check in day and check out later without any extra costs. Thanks for your hospitality!

Wonderful and enjoyable stay.

Pros: Great location, comfortable stay. Service was exceptional. Staff were very accommodating. Complementary wine, beers, and coffee pods were greatly appreciated.

Cons: No washing machine, small fridge, The threat of cancellation if city tax payments were not met prior to arrival. We were only notified the day before arrival. Causing uneccesary stress and panic.

All in all I had a very pleasant stay. I’m mentioning above as a suggestion for improvement, not a stop sign.

Pros: Design, modernity, nice tableware, location is TOP.

Cons: My room was great for a short stay and single traveler. Not much space to store things and luggage. However I had an issue with communication. First a payment link was sent to me without prior notice and not from a french mob number, so I thought it was a scam and blocked it. Then I was contacted at least 4 times by the property by different employees asking me to pay city tax in advance. To all of them I provided the same info. Howerver, this info was not passed between them. I found it a bit annoying and made me nervous if my check-in will go smoothly. But at the end all was good.

Pros: We had a wonderful experience staying at immogroom. From allowing us to leave our bags at the agency all day, to the excellent friendly receptionist who made our time in Cannes so great (she even came to our room to help us open our balcony door that looked out over Cannes port, to arranging for some items we left in the room to be posted to our next accomodation in Florence. We could not have asked for anything else from this beautiful company. 10/10. Thanks so much for having us

Perfect location, great apartments!

Pros: The apartments were great - very clean, spacious and in an amazing location, will definitely come back to stay here next time we visit Cannes!

We had an amazing stay in the centre of Cannes good mix of relaxation and hospitality which Cannes provides every visit

Great apartment, hosts who listen. Best affordable place to stay in Cannes.

Pros: Hosts are friendly, apartment us great and the view was perfect.

Cons: Confusion on the key collection was the only issue. Automatic emails that suggest key collection from designated boxes no where near the apartment, followed up with instructions (that were in the same format as the previous emails, therefore didnt read) that someone would be there to let us in.

Pros: Great location: 8 min from the train station, close to the market, nice restaurants, anything you would need. Newly renovated apartment, friendly and responsive staff, easy check in.

Cons: There is smell in the corridor due to the restaurants on the ground floor, no smell in the room though. Can be loud at night during the high season which comes with the location. The cleaning before the check in wasn’t perfect

Pros: The staff were very responsive to our enquiries and demonstrated efficiency and expediency.

Cons: The lift...too small
