Pros: Good pre arrival instructions to gain access to the property. Arrival was very simple. Would recommend as a stay for business.

Pros: The service from the agency is just outstanding and very professional. It is the best experience for home rental I had in France and the staff is very attentive and courteous. I will definitely recommend this agency to all my friends. The units are very well equipped and modern.

Pros: The property was extremely spacious, very clean and had a great outside space! The location was absolutely perfect with just a short walk to the bars, restaurants and shops.

Pros: Location was great, the space for our family of 7 was perfect. The facilities and welcome package were great. The LRA staff were very helpful and great to deal with, especially as a last minute booking.

A perfect stay in Cannes!

Pros: The property was very well laid out and in a great location. Close to all amenities. The team at LRA Cannes, especially Méline was extremely helpful and always easy to reach and extremely quick to respond. I would say that she went beyond the call of duty to help out and advise us whenever we needed anything. She attended to any requests promptly and without hesitation to make our family feel at home. We liked the 1930s elevator that was very charming. Though I preferred the wide winding stairs most of the time. Highly recommended. We will certainly be booking with them again when we return to Cannes.

Pros: I was in the 3rd floor of the property for a family reunion. Its right opposite of train station, super market and only a few minutes walk to the beach/shopping areas. Cant expect more. Great host and were in communication all the time. We had great time.

Parfait mais insonorisation à revoir, trop bruyant

Pros: L'appartement est superbe et très bien placé à moins de 10min à pied du palais des festivals, 3 chambres dont une chambre parentale avec douche et WC.

Cons: Du fait de sa proximité avec une très grosse artère routière et la gare juste à côté, il a énormément de bruits, de Jour comme (malheureusement) de nuit même côté chambres, c'était vraiment infernal, à revoir l'isolation Par un triple vitrage dans doute. La cuisine est très bien équipée mais n'a aucun (à part un peu de café produit) produit pour cuisiner ( pas de sel, huile, sucre...) il a fallu tout acheter pour la soirée louée, pas bien grave mais quelques condiments seraient bienvenue.
