Fantastic luxury Cannes mini break

Pros: Great info before and during the stay via WhatsApp. Met on arrival - smooth check in experience. Property was amazing with the retractable roof, hot tub and modern interior

Cons: Apartment was great - nothing didn’t like

Pros: The LRA office was near the property and they sent me a message on WhatsApp a few days before arrival, so we were in constant contact before and during the stay, which was really handy. The staff were incredibly friendly and allowed us to store our luggage on the final day after check out. The apartment itself is amazing - four big double bedrooms, all en-suite, with a large, open living area and balcony. While it is located beside a busy road, when the hot tub was turned on and you had music playing, you couldn't hear the traffic and the views were superb.

Cons: While it would be a luxury, if there was a bluetooth/wifi speaker system, it would really complete the entire apartment - it really was the only thing we noticed could have been in place.

Perfect location for Cannes and visiting other places in the South of France

Pros: The location is brilliant so convenient for Cannes promenade, the train and supermarket. The retractable roof is an outstanding feature with excellent views of Cannes.

Cons: It would be helpful to provide washing up liquid and cleaning clothes.

Pros: Lovely bedrooms, all en-suite. Superb location. Close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Beautiful view from window over the lounge.

The property is so beautiful that they don't bother to give the best costumer service.

Pros: The apartment is so so beautiful and spatious. The retractable roof and the jacuzzi were such a bonus. The location is perfect: close to the most important sites, beach, train station, markets and boulangeries.

Cons: Although we paid a cleaning fee which was not mentioned on booking.com we had to clean the dishes, take out the trash, leave everything on point. The floors need a deep cleaning- our white socks turned grey in no time. Washing machine didn t work.

Stunning location and worth every penny

Pros: This property definitely has the wow factor! As a group of five girls visiting for a short break, we were looking for accommodation that was safe, clean and central to the main attractions, and this apartment was exactly that. The apartment had four double bedrooms each with an en-suite, a modern open plan kitchen and was overall very spacious. However what made this place unique was the open plan lounge area with a retractable roof with stunning views. It was amazing! This made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were brilliant and responsive, we had a slight issue with the washing machine on one of the evenings but they quickly came after hours to fix it. We were really happy with the entire stay.

Cons: Not necessarily a negative, however just be aware that the lift only goes to the 6th floor, however this apartment is on the 7th floor so you will need to carry your luggage/climb one flight of stairs.

A wonderful stay in the centre of Cannes, made even more special with this beautiful accommodation

Pros: This property certainly has the WOW factor. We fell in love with it as soon as we saw it and it was even better in real life. The panoramic window which fully opens is so unique and made our trip extra special. All bedrooms were a really decent size and all with their own private en-suite! The hot tub was an added bonus, as well as the view of Cannes and the sea. A brilliant location with a short walk to the centre. The host Meline was incredibly attentive, helpful and really went the extra mile for us. Thank you for making our birthday trip so special!

Cons: the best of the sun is on the main balcony in the morning… so best to enjoy it to its full then if you like sun as evening is more shaded
