A perfect apartment, well positioned for the beach, the Palais, station, the shops & restaurants.

Pros: Wonderful spacious terrace & view over the palm trees towards the Croisette. Well equipped and a high standard of finish in the materials used throughout. Effective air con. Comfortable furniture and bed. A really well designed living space located on the first floor of the apartment block. Very well located for all the facilities of Cannes and only a 15 minute walk to the ferries by the old port for Les Îles de Lerins, if you want to escape from the bustle of Cannes to the tranquility of the islands

We would definitely come back and the host were pretty reactive when we asked for an extra towel

Pros: We loved the location...evrything within walking distance and 2 mn walk to the beach

Cons: I would have a more comfortable bed mattress

Location and the apartment are great, just need few tweaks to make it excellent.

Pros: Location is great for shops, seafront and station. Lots of restaurants within 5 mins walk.

Cons: Need hand towel and soap in the second toilet, not just main bathroom. Sofa has marks on it that need cleaning. Bed needs two pillows each. Would like more towels especially as used twice a day for our 3 night stay.

Pros: Key collection was quite a walking distance from the apartment. And apartment itself was not easy to find and the instructions given were difficult to understand.

A lovely apartment in a great location.

Pros: Location was excellent, it was great to have a washing machine and a kitchen and all the extra space compared to staying in a hotel.

Cons: The only things we didn’t like were the pillows and the bed, found them uncomfortable.

Pros: Easy to collect keys from a random bike stand. Disappointed to have been charged 50euro for it.

Cons: Had no choice on the app but to pay the 50euro. before receiving instructions re the stay.

Canners Beautiful! I want to go back but I know better to pick host and booking agent

Pros: The location was excellent - it is near the beach. Gray D'albion was built in 60's, I think and old charm is nice (if you are into it). The upgrades are valuable (but could be better). The building was kept clean.

Cons: I arrived earlier in the morning, the check in was at 4 pm, I had requested early check in or asked for other options - the host was not responsive at all before my departure...I was anxious because i arrived at 9 am and did not know what to do with two large suitcases. I walked around in Cannes with two large suitcases - went to coffee shop and spent an hour. The host then informed me that there was a luggage storage near the station. The instructions were vague and once again I dragged two large suitcases accross the cafe doted streets of Cannes and went to the station, there was no storage facility on the station, one of the passengers helped me and told me that local luggage selling shops accross the street from the station will store my bages for a fee. This luggage shop charged 2 euros per bag per hour - crazy! Till now my check in time as communicated by host was only 4 pm - then at 11 am they informed me that the room might be ready by 12 noon - the host would not pick up the phone and texting was cumbersom due to lanaguage barrier. I would recommend staying at this place only if there is better communication by host. The bedw was OK - most of the furnishings vibed as well (very well!) used...the couch was comfortable - the windows were great but I was lotted a unit with a balcony that had one small garden as view - on the 1st floor- the higher floors are reserved only if you pay higher rate. This too was not apparent while making the reservations on Booking.com. Booking.com customer assistance was negligable as they turned me over the host only. Their effort was there but they are helpless - so booking through booking.com is questionable when you want to stay at a private apt/condo. Cannes by the way is a beatiful area and people there were great.
