Pros: Cozy studio in one of the best building of Cannes. Position is very tactical. the building is high level.

Cons: Lack of parking lot... You have to park by yourself nearby and pay the daily rate (which is not cheap).

Freshly Renovated & Perfectly Located! Stylish & cozy.

Pros: The apartment has just been renovated and it literally smells brand new! The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, just steps away from the Croisette, the beach, and all the best restaurants. It’s so central that there’s no need to use a car at all during your stay. Despite being in the very center, it’s incredibly quiet and cozy. Super clean, with a smooth and well-organized key pick-up process. The real highlight? The huge terrace, perfect for dining outdoors or simply relaxing. Equipped with every possible comfort and accessory.

Cons: Truly perfect, nothing to complain about!

Simply the perfect stay! Situated in the best possible spot.

Pros: This apartment is always a sure thing! My go-to place when traveling to Cannes. The location of the apartment is incredible! You really can’t get more central than this. Stunning property, brand new apartment equipped with every possible amenity, perfectly clean and with a huge terrace. Super convenient key pickup and friendly staff. What can I say? Everything was perfect!! I’ll definitely be back, thank you!

Best location in Cannes!!!

Pros: The position is amazing, this apartment is located really close to everything! 3 min walk to the Palais, luxury shops and restaurants all around. Leaving the apartment i found the Croisette and the sea in front of me. There's an huge terrace! The apartment is really really quiet and cozy, loved the style and the ambiance. Super clean with a big shower. I really enjoyed my stay and will be definitely coming back.

Cons: The washing machine tabs were finished.

Pros: Отличное месторасположение. Мне повезло с ценой на апартаменты, так как цена была со скидкой. В квартире всё работало (кондиционер в том числе). В квартире было всё необходимое. Тихое и спокойное место, которое находится в самом центре Канн.

Cons: У меня были всего лишь одни ключи и это было не очень удобно так, как я жила вдвоем с мамой.

Cons: Les 50 payés à l agence de gardiennage avant l arrivee(remise des clés dans boitiers à codes et tput çapour 50€😡😡😡),ainsi que le manque d information pour l arrivee car travaux. Penser à prévoir 110€en plus pour 3 jours de parking😡😡😡
