Highly recommended!

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the flat. It was impeccably clean and tidy, which made settling in quite easy. The location was perfect for our needs, conveniently situated near amenities and transportation hubs. Additionally, the flat was well-equipped with all the necessities one could ask for during a trip. Mikael was extremely helpful and accommodating, greeting us warmly upon arrival and offering assistance whenever needed. We wouldn't hesitate to book this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Pros: great location. nicely appointed apartment, comfy beds. we would book this place the next year i think.

Cons: there is no real view at all. the apartment is missing a bunch of things like cutting board, dish soap, toilet paper, decent shower gel and a matching set of silverware and glasses and plates. there should be some cooking basics as well like oil, spices, etc. These are small things the owner can fix for a small amount of money. i hope he will. the key pickup was a 20min walk from the apartment -- not a big deal, but it could be closer.

Pros: Emplacement très proche de la croisette et du centre ville. On peut tout faire à pied

Cons: Un cabaret sous le logement donc assez bruyant le week-end, malgré les double vitrage des fenêtres.

Pros: L'emplacement, l'agencement et literie confortable. Appartement très bien équipé

Cons: Les chambres donnent au dessus du cabaret du rdc. On entend malheureusement un peu la musique une bonne partie de la nuit (ou sinon prendre des boules quies)

Pros: Hôte très disponible et arrangeant ! Appartement très bien situé avec un niveau de confort très agréable.

Cons: Pas de poubelle de tri sélectif et de compost, sinon l'appart aurait eu un 10/10 très facilement.

Pros: Schönes Appartement, nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Strandpromenade. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, hat uns an der Wohnung erwartet, hat geholfen die Koffer reinzutragen und alles gut erklärt. Leider ist das Parken an der Strasse sehr schwierig. Wir haben unseres Auto im Parkhaus Lamy(ca. 250 Meter zu Fuß, 16.40 Euro am Tag) abgestellt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch Fußläufig. Nur zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank
