Thank you for Such a wonderful stay. It’s been a real pleasure.

Pros: The host Ben and staff were very attentive, always available and had good recommendations for restaurants. They stayed very communicative throughout our stay for nay questions we had. We were received with great breakfast, bottle of Rosé, a home-made cake, many very delightful things for the kids ( Thanks Natalie !) The accommodation, it is very neat w a high standard and very well maintained. You feel at home. It’s calm yet still close to Cannes and other sight -seeing worthy places. The kids loved the pool, the outdoor recreation area and amenities which were very classy, modern and neat. You have a beautiful view over the entire city.

Cons: Not the owners fault, however: Unfortunately due to its location wi-fi connection is very poor, we had to use our own Connection. There’s free parking space available but w our family car, the gate entrance was very narrow and difficult to enter.

The perfect view above Cannes!

Pros: The Owner was very Kind and give us very good tips. The Woman who takes care about the rooms and the breakfast was lovely and also very kind. She offers us drinks like wine, water, juice and took care about us the whole time. Amazing view, amazing pool. The room was absolutely perfect and very clean. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Highly recommend this property!!

Amazing stay with beautiful view over the Cannes Bay

Pros: Wonderful stay! The view from the bedroom is amazing. The host is very accommodating and offers recommendations for restaurants.. Very good breakfast, with homemade marmalade. We will definitely come back this summer.

Good stay with potential for more.

Pros: Overall we had a good stay. The place is well maintained, comparable to an AirBnB with some basic services. Location is a plus, not far from Cannes, rooms with great views. Building has its charme, liked the modernness and outdoor area. Good value for money for Cote D’Azur.

Cons: For us it seemed the place is 80% there. There are some basic smaller things missing (glasses/cups in the room, small desk missing, printed instructions what’s offered in terms of services, etc.). Cleanliness and state of the apartments could/ should be improved (decent but have seen better), a little more love would bring this place easily to a 8.5 rating. Recommendation: fix the small issues, make sure house rules are clear and sticked to by every guests (noise levels). Owner is looking well after his guests, quick communication sometimes a bit challenging. Would recommend for travelling on a budget.

Pros: Very nice house located in Mougins, bordering Le Cannet. Ideal location to move around the French riviera and great views overlooking the Cannes bay.

Gorgeous home, wonderful owner, great location if you don’t mind the walk up and down

Pros: The owner was incredibly nice. I wish I had more chances to interact with him! Was kind enough to drive me down the hill one of the festival days, and put together a beautiful tasty breakfast for me even though I didn’t think it was included in my rate. The bed was large and comfortable, there’s plenty of closet space, and the bathroom is spacious and modern with nice fixtures. There’s a shared veranda with chairs and a table where I could sit and read / eat / enjoy the view. While I didn’t use it, I saw others enjoying the pool which is a nice bonus. Also the owner gave me a cold glass of rose as a welcome beverage, definitely appreciated given how hot out it was!

Cons: The location is beautiful and relatively close to the bus stop (about 8 min walk), however the bus rarely showed up on time / at all - obviously not this property owner’s fault, but it did mean I would have to walk down the hill most days. This isn’t necessarily difficult - it’s all downhill - but it takes roughly 40 minutes to get into town. Just a substantial amount of time and meant planning accordingly if I needed to go back and forth to change clothes, charge my phone, take a shower, etc. Probably the only thing that would make me hesitate to stay here again. Walking *up* the hill actually wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, but I only did it once, taking the bus or Uber the other times. Again, it’s just time consuming

Pros: The hospitality of Ben was top-notch and the villa is beautiful. Great breakfast!
