Pros: The best location in Cannes. I have stayed there 3 years ago and the apartment is still so looking new and clean. I love this place and the location! Just perfect!

Pros: The place was really nice and comfortable. I like its proximity to the beach and to the main road of Cannes. The AC is very cold, which is great for summer stays. The apartment was quite roomy and felt comfortable to stay for extended stays.

Cons: Actually, the keys were located quite far (walking) from the place of stay, especially when you just arrived from a long flight and carrying multiple luggage bags with you. Luckily I was traveling alone and had 5G data, otherwise, would be quite annoying to walk from the key collection area to the apartment. The curtains are very light, basically non-existent, and do not serve any purpose besides decoration since they also don't close fully. The water heater empties fast, and you need to wait for a while before using it again or if someone else wants to use it.
