2 bedroom apartment with parking 3 mins from La Croisette beach

Fabulous apartment in a great location.

Pros: The location is amazing; only a short walk to the beach and an easy walk into Cannes and the Old Town. The apartment is very spacious and perfect for a getaway with friends. It had everything we needed.

Cons: The bathroom could have done with a shower holder and curtain so you don't make mess if using the shower, but the bath was good.

Pros: The apartment is in an old building but it’s very spacious and bright. The furniture is dated but very well maintained. The location was perfect, right at the Croisette and the beach but not in the middle of the crowds. Small and practical mini market just across the street. The parking spot is very convenient. Carmen, the representative, was very responsive and communication with her was very easy and quick. She was present to greet us and was very nice.

Cons: It was extremely hot in Cannes and the 2 bedrooms don’t have AC. Although there were fans provided it was quite hot, especially in the smaller one.

Pros: The host (Aneta) was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining options were spot-on and greatly enhanced my experience. The location was also fantastic. It was just a short walk (2 min) to the beach and local shops (there is a small supermarket 1 min walk from the flat). I beleive the flat was recently renovated so it was very confortable! Highly recommend

Nice flat

Pros: The location is near to the beach. Room is very clean and bed is comfortable. Flat is equiped with all needs. Wi-fi very fast. Nice terace.

Cons: They took around 35€ for city tax and no one informed us about it before booking. Check-in in process through a external website that not working very well. There is no A/C.

Apartamento La Croisette

Pros: Localização perto de Port Canto. Espaço amplo com uma boa sala e cozinha espaçosa. Muita luz, boas janelas, estores eléctricos...

Cons: O cama de um dos quartos era extremamente desconfortável, com um colchão muito mole em cima dum sommier também igualmente mole. Qualquer estrado rígido compensaria a falta de firmeza do colchão. A falta de ar condicionado nos quartos. Em vez de informarem que o apartamento tem ar condicionado deveriam dizer que tem ar condicionado unicamente na sala. Os quartos tinham ventiladores que não funcionavam.

Pros: Мы с дочерью отдыхаем в этих апартаментах последние три года. Прекрасная квартира со своей индивидуальной атмосферой, двумя комфортными спальнями, балконом, полностью укомплектованной кухней, очень удачное расположение - 2 мин от публичного пляжа, 2 продуктовых магазина и небольшой ресторан с идеальным сочетанием цена/качество также в 2 минутах. Дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал, оперативная обратная связь.

Cons: К сожалению, часть мебели и фурнитуры износилась, но замена не производится. При этом уровень цен останется прежним. Фурнитура дверей требует замены, поскольку есть риск остаться запертым в комнате, если ручка выпадет, мебель на балконе старенькая. В спальнях нет кондиционеров, только напольные системы, ресурс которых ограничен, летом его недостаточно. Расположение у железной дороги, где регулярно ходят поезда. Нам это не мешало, спальни далеко от балкона, но кого-то шум поездов может раздражать.

Pros: Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal mare, appartamento spazioso

Cons: Serve qualche ristrutturazione, le spine sono tutte fuori dai muri, serve una tenda nel bagno

Lindo y bien ubicado apartamento.

Pros: Cercanía a la playa, la cocina con casi todo y lo amplio del apartamento. También me gustó mucho, que hubieran dejado sal y aceite para cocinar .

Cons: Se agradecería poner licuadora y tabla de picar en la cocina, así como un recogedor para levantar lo que se barre. Igualmente el sanitario del baño principal, no funcionaba muy bien.

Pros: Emplacement au top. Nous étions 2 couples. Appartement spacieux

Pros: Apartamentul este foarte cochet, cu doua balcoane terasa, orientat spre mare. Liniste, usor de accesat, conditii excelente. As reveni oricand. Gazda primitoare, comunicativa, cooperanta.
