Good place to stay when visiting Cannes!

Pros: - Great apartment (decoration, size, domestic equipment, exclusive garage), building security, location, nearby facilities, such as patisserie, drug store, glasses store, supermarket, bus stop, hostess’ kindness. A place to go back.

Cons: - The requirement for an extra payment of a €600 guarantee deposit (in addition to the already charged stay) which was not informed on booking.com app. However, such fee was returned to us within 5 days after the stay. - The existence of just one toilet among two bathrooms. (For 4 adults staying there, it would be better to have one additional, maybe by removing the closet on the bathtub bathroom and installing one toilet there, which would be really useful.)

Great apartment, great location

Pros: Kathy was a great host, fab location for us in Le Cannet close to shops & pharmacies. Apartment is beautiful with great space throughout and great balcony.

Cons: nothing everything was perfect

High comfort

Pros: Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a tub that makes getting ready easier, and curly hair washday friendly. Appreciated the airco in all rooms with a well ventilated apartment. The kitchen has everything you need, and a nice little welcome package. Balcony was very practical. Excellent iron and enough hanging space in case of washing or for beach towels.

Superbe appartement, calme, reposant, belle région

Pros: Très bon accueil, avec de petites attentions de bienvenue particulièrement appréciables. Le logement est d’une propreté irréprochable et très spacieux : nous étions quatre adultes et chacun disposait de son espace. Les deux salles de bains constituent un véritable atout. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter la région. La décoration est sobre, réalisée avec goût et non envahissante. La connexion Wi-Fi fonctionne parfaitement et la télévision du salon est connectée. Le logement est entièrement accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite (PMR). Le garage est très bien situé dans le parking souterrain : les accès sont larges, les manœuvres faciles et les emplacements spacieux. Dans cette ville, disposer d’un garage est un réel confort. Le balcon, avec son salon extérieur bien agencé, nous a permis d’en profiter même fin décembre. Enfin, le calme de la résidence et la propreté des parties communes méritent également d’être soulignés. Nous recommandons unanimement ce logement.

Cons: La machine à glaçons du réfrigérateur américain ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui est dommage compte tenu de ce type d’équipement. Cela reste toutefois le seul défaut constaté dans ce logement.

Pros: Super Wohnung für Selbstversorger. Sipermarkt gegenüber, dort auch ein gutes Restaurant. Bud vor def Tüt. Sehr sicheres Haus. Tiefgarage mit abschliessbaren „Innengaragen“ Alle Räume mit guten Klimasnlagen, grosse Südterrasse. Smart TV mit Airplay

Cons: Im Standard keine deutschen TV Programme.

Pros: Posizione, comodità, la possibilità di usare il garage, la completezza dei servizi

Cons: Se proprio si deve dire, qualche appendino in più nei bagni. Inoltre, sarebbe stato il massimo poter avere due bagni completi

Pros: El departamento es divino . Muy bien decorado . Luminoso con espacio exterior con mesa y sillones . Muy bien equipado Hasta 2 máquinas de café distintas . Impecable . Sábanas toallas Cochera parking dentro de la propiedad

Cons: Para el que quiere la playa cerca no es .. Aunque caminando 30 min se llega perfecto El que no quiere usar auto . Tiene el bus que pasa por la esquina y baja al centro y a la costa

Pros: L'appartamento è molto spazioso e ben diviso bella terrazza con tavolo e poltrone, cucina attrezzata con tutto l'occorrente. L'accoglienza di kathy...spettacolare. Che altro dire?vacanza da rifare.
