Magnificent 3room apartment quiet balcony

Pros: Loved the location, a stone throw away from the train station from the grocery stores and restaurants and shops and the beaches. Apartment is great for a family, whatever age child to adult to the elderly.Comfortable beds. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is newly refurbished. The electronic shutters in the flat kept the flat cool also the ac was good at it was very hot. Felt like a safe location. There's a bypass at the front, but you can't hear anything with the windows closed. Good storage space. Great accessibility to flat with elevator. No need for keys all digital code access.

Cons: The view of the apartment balcony area looking into the rear garden was not great but the balcony was good for sitting and having an early morning tea or coffee and great for drying clothes. The flower beds and patio garden area needs bringing to life so you can enjoy the view.

Pros: Very good location. Clean appartment with all needed appliances for a comfy stay.

Perfect

Pros: The appartement was VERY clean, exactly like in the pictures. The beds were extremely comfortable! I really appreciated the two seperate bathrooms and toilets as well as the eqipment: it had a washing machine, a dishwasher, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, a hairdryer, the WLAN was working without any problems... everything was perfect :) It is also really quiet, even though it's situated right next to a very busy street.

Cons: The bathroom might be a little bit more comfortable with a door ;) it's not so nice sitting on the toilet without a door hahaha

Pros: Appartamento molto curato e posizione ottima. Camere ben arredate e accoglienti. Il personale molto disponibile per qualsiasi informazione e apertura a codice dell'appartamento molto funzionale per i gruppi di persone.Consigliatissimo

Pros: La struttura è spaziosa e moderna, corrisponde alle foto che vengono proposte. È provvista di tutto il necessario: lenzuola, pentole, stoviglie, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, macchina del caffè…

Superbe appartement en centre ville

Pros: Superbe appartement confortable et identique aux photos, très bien situé, on peut quasiment tout faire à pied. Serviettes et produits d’hygiène fournis. Très bonne literie et climatisation.

Cons: Il n’y a pas de place de parking et la circulation dans Cannes (du moins en août le reste de l’année je ne sais pas) est infernale. Nous avons dû nous stationner en parking sous terrain payant.

Excelent

Pros: Totul nou,cu toate facilitatile, ingrijit si curat. Zona este una buna, aproape de croisette si de plaja.

Cons: Jaluzeaua din living nu functiona, dar am semnalat acest lucru si cu siguranta vor remedia aceasta problema.

Pros: Am apreciat foarte mult faptul că apartamentul este aproape de plajă, iar vizavi am avut un restaurant cu mâncare foarte bună, fiind cu copil mic a fost comod să ieșim din bloc și să ne așezăm direct la masă. Apartamentul este foarte spațios, curat, are toate dotările necesare pentru a simți confortul de acasă. Gazda, deși nu ne-am întâlnit personal, deoarece se face self check-in/ check-out, a fost amabilă și a comunicat permanent cu noi prin mesaje, chiar și telefonic, răspunzând prompt la nevoile noastre. Recomand această locație!

Cons: A fost puțin neplăcut faptul că, deși existau, televizoarele din dormitoare nu funcționau, iar fiica mea adoarme doar cu niște filmulețe din youtube, care o liniștesc, din această cauză am fost nevoită să o las să le urmărească pe telefon. În rest, totul a fost în regulă!
