Un spot au design remarquable et confortable au centre névralgique de CANNES

Pros: L'appartement a été refait à neuf avec une décoration très moderne et au gout du jour (en tout cas le notre). Mobilier, salles d'eau, cuisine, chauffage, connectique tout est de haut niveau. les grands plus : Un hôte à l'écourte et très réactif, Une localisation idéale (à moins de 5 minutes à pieds de la croisette, d'un marché, de la rue d'Antibes. QQ restos remarquables à proximité. Une place de parking en sous sol (assez rare dans ce coins de Cannes) Bref on conseille très fortement.

Cons: Un petit balcon organisé en petit espace (2 fauteuils et 1 table basse). Le soleil l'éclaire même en Janvier. Une amélioration permettant de prendre le petit dej ou le dej serait une vraie plus value.
