Pros: Very nice apartmant in a nice part of Cannes, balkony was perfect for breakfest. Everything looked clean

Cons: Parking spots are private and pretty big but unfortunately limited with spots. We were there in winter time so every time we got home later we had to park outside. In winter it was not that hard to find a spot outside but in sommertimes it would be much more difficult

Una bella scoperta

Pros: Vicinanza al centro città, raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Possibilità di posteggiare l’auto all’interno del condominio, i posti non sono assegnati ma essendo inverno abbiamo trovato sempre parcheggio. Super accessoriato, è molto spazioso.

Pros: 公寓設施齊全 房東設想周到 門口有巴士站6B 走路到坎城火車站大約十五到二十分鐘,經過的地方有一個超市,很方便

Pros: Tolle ruhige Lage mit Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt in Laufdistanz. Balkon mit schöner Aussicht und Bushaltestelle mit stündlicher Verbindung in die City direkt vor der Tür. Das Schlafsofa war sehr bequem, parken im abgeschlossenen Hof möglich. Sehr nette Concierge, die uns alles gezeigt und Fragen beantwortet hat. Alles reibungslos.

Cons: Ein/Ausstieg in die Dusche ist etwas eng. Vielleicht nichts für Ältere oder Bewegungseingeschränkte.

Pros: emplacement idéal pour aller vers le centre de cannes et la croisette à pieds, tout en étant logé au calme. résidence de bonne qualité et bien entretenue. parking privé (mais pas de place privée, ceci dit il y'a toujours eu de la place...). appartement agréable. j'ai noté ''très bien'' et non ''fabuleux'' car cela reste un (grand) studio, mais il est suffisamment spacieux à deux. nous y avons mème reçu nos enfants pour diner le soir sans problème.

Cons: nous avons subi des travaux bruyants et poussiéreux dans l'appartement quasi-voisin, exagéré entre midi et deux et mème le samedi jusqu'à 14 heures! mais notre hôte n'y est pour rien... c'est dommage qu'il ne fut pas sur place, nous lui aurions alors demandé de gérer le problème.

Pros: Хозяйка ждала нас и передала ключи лично и все показала. В апартаментах есть все необходимое и даже больше. Апартаменты в тихом районе. До супермаркета пеши минут 5. До набережной 10-12 минут пешком. Большой балкон, где очень приятно было завтракать под пение птиц.

Cons: Все отлично.

Pros: Тихий район не далеко от центра и моря супермаркеты рядом

Cons: Не хватало стирального порошка но это мелочи
