Pros: Natalia is very kind, location is good, nice balcony, separate bed for sleeping.

Cons: Bed is to small for two persons, chairs at balcony are not comfortable for seating. Parking in facility was always full and we need to park on the street.

Pros: Exceptional on the flat as Natalia. I highly recommend to anyone needing to stay in Cannes. Always remember the Croisette is close with just a tiny bit of a walk!

convenient for work or leisure, if you have a car super nice!

Pros: the apartment was just as expected. the parking of the residence is very useful if you have a car as you can avoid to park on street. the room is wide and conforable, small balcony available too. the owner is very nice and was ready at arrival for providing me with the key and main information, which were very useful. in 20 minutes walk you could reach le palais du festival and less you are on the croisette. very reccomended

Die perfekte Unterkunft in Cannes!

Pros: Wer Ruhe sucht und trotzdem schnell an der Croisette sein möchte ist hier genau richtig! Ein gemütliches Appartment, ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt an der Cote Azur braucht. Natalia ist eine freundliche und herzliche Frau und check in und out ist super organisiert.

Cons: Es gab nichts aber auch garnichts zu bemängeln

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Apartment Leider doch 15 min zu Fuß in das Zentrum.

Pros: Sehr gut ausgestattet. Sichere Umgebung mit Parkmöglichkeit auf dem eingezäunten Gelände.

Cons: Leider keine Markise oder Sonnenschirm, am Nachmittag ist die Terrasse zu heiß um sich aufzuhalten. Fehlender Vorhang im Wohnzimmer so musste man immer den Rollladen teilweise herunterlassen. Grundsätzlich nicht schlimm aber es waren Bauarbeiten auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Dafür können die Vermieter nichts: Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück, bis auf sonntags wurde ab jeden Morgen gebohrt, gehämmert etc. Hier gab es keine Info vorab.

Pros: Appartement très bien situé et facile d’accès. Parking sécurisé où l’on trouve de la place très facilement. La décoration de l’appartement est simple mais chaleureuse. Appartement lumineux sans vis à vis et très calme. Très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Hôte très réactive.
