Super central stay in stunning Cannes

Pros: Best location, in the middle of it all, in walking distance of great restaurants and the old town. I asked for the sofa bed to be set-up for our arrival and it was perfectly done. The apartment is really lovely, beautiful views and wished we could have stayed the whole weekend.

Cons: The communication with the host was a bit slow. For some reason the payment link wanted to put a hold on my credit card (as a security/breakage deposit) for an amount that was more than double the amount of the nightly rate. The hold also would have been for 3 months, which does not seem to be right. Either way, my bank kept declining this \

Super comfy and central positioned!

Pros: Perfect location, only 5 mins walking distance from Palais de Festival - ILTM Cannes event venue! The apartment is cleaned and comfy, nice shower and there’s also a sofa bed. The price range is also very good!! I highly recommend this place!

Our second stay, some issues, but overall great apartment

Pros: Excellent locarion close to beaches and shopping and hundreds of bars and restaurants within minutes. Very well equipped. Bed is comfy (for France), third floor apt has a small balcony. Washing machine available. Quiet when windows are closed. A/C both in bedroom and living room were quiet. Decent hairdryer.

Cons: It’s up three floors so not suitable for people with immobility issues. Wifi was schetchy at times, worked best in bedroom. To be able to sit on the sleeper sofa we had to take the rolled up bed mattrass out, otherwise the angle knocked you off 😅 we only had 1,5 rolls of toilet paper so had to buy more ourselves. Bring a cloth to wipe of kitchen counter! You have to sort and recirculate your own trash, put them in different bags and walk across the corner and street and dispose of them in various bins or you’d be fined. Created a bit of stress during early checkout.

Pros: AC works very well, the water pressure is perfect and the view is magnificent. The washing machine is huge advantage when you have beach holidays. And the location is very nice, we liked to go to the beach, which are to the right of the yacht parking. Also my recommendation for future stayers is Gelato Junkie not so far from apartment, very tasty ice cream))

Cons: There is no elevator and it was not mentioned, it's very crucial for 2 girls with big luggage. Also the code for keys was incorrect and we got it at last moment, we had to call to the office. And it's not clear where to throw the garbage away.

Modern, chic and very French with a very central location in the middle of amazing landmarks.

Pros: Beautiful and modern French aesthetics. Great location and very responsive hosts.

Cons: Just a minor issue getting the keys as the host provided an incorrect code, but quickly fixed the error.

Pros: L'emplacement idéal dans le centre de ventes et tout près du palais des festivals La propreté des lieux La vue et le balcon Le wifi

Cons: Le manque de vaisselle (pas assez d'assiettes, de couverts, de plats pour le four) Les couettes trop fines L'absence de fond d'intendance (ce serait mieux d'avoir Sel, poivre et huile à disposition)

Pros: Très beau trzs calme très bien entretenue je compte revenir

Pros: La proximité du centre Ville idéalement situé Très propre literie confortable

Pros: posizione centralissima a cannes, palazzo nonostante tutto abbastanza silenzioso, cucina fornita di tutto nulla da eccepire

Cons: accendendo il riscaldamento ad aria arrivava uno sgradevole odore di sigarette

Pros: El apartamento estaba precioso. Bien ubicado. Limpio.

Cons: Estaba situado en el último piso,escaleras antiguas y estrechas. Íbamos con una silla de bebé y no pudimos subirla. Incomodo por esa parte,el resto perfecto.
