Beautiful apartment in the middle of everything - great value for the money

Pros: Everything is as in the pictures and the description. The location and value for the money is very good. We needed two bedrooms and we mostly hung out on the beach at Boulevard Jean Hibert and at Rue Saint-Antoine (Old town), which makes this an excellent location with little walking. It's also near the Farmer's market and just outside of the famous Rue Meynardier shopping street. There's a bar, a pharmacy and souvenirs downstairs. We couldn't ask for a better location. Also, very well equipped with anything I would wish for in a decent home. The air-condition is effective.

Cons: There is nothing to complain about in regards to the low cost of the stay. We wanted two bedrooms in the middle of the city, which is what we got and we are very happy about it. There are some things that can be good to inform about here (nothing the hosts can do anything about): There are people talking outside the window daytime and in the evening. You can also hear people talking from neighboring apartments. The lock to the door can require some practice.
