Absolutely worth the money !

Pros: Very tasteful styling with mid to good quality interior not like most private apartments where they throw trash furnitures in. And Alan the agent did a really excellent job and speaks perfect english and is nearly 24/7 reachable ! Big kudos to him!

Cons: I just heard that the price for this apartment will raise significantly as soon the season starts .. its a bit a shame but thats how Cote A’zur works unfortunately ;(

Pros: Location was amazing! Very helpful and kind owner! Always fast reaction.

Pros: Is a good very clean apartment The concierge Mr Alan is excellent and answer immediately for everything But I think that the owners are not professional

Cons: The main room aircondition all days was out of order not working because nobody make quality check befor our check in They promised to repair the next day, but never happened!!!! Also there is only a bathtub and a sink opposite the bed in the same open space together with the bed I think the description of the apartment on Booking com is not correct Also the bed in the main room is too small for two people The small mattress is resting on a dangerous wooden base and as you can see in the photos it sticks out Last night I turned off the lights from the switch which is far from the bed and as I tried to go to bed in the dark I hurt my foot on the wooden corner of the mattress base

Great Location, friendly concierge and clean and spacious studio.

Pros: Everything was clean and they had made an effort with instructions and amenities (eg hair dryer/ironing board and everything we needed) Perfect location for the festival although the stairs was terrible for heels, wear trainers and take the heels in a bag ;) The friendly concierge via Whatsapp was always readily available pre and during the stay very quickly. It was a pretty spacious apartment and fine for a working holiday. Nice to be close to the markets with fresh food and then antiques on the weekend. Copenhagen Cafe nearby had great coffee and nice pastries.

Cons: The crazy long wifi code was annoying to input on multiple devices. A couple of bottles of water would have been great in the fridge, especially after the 4 flights of stairs! 😅 The toilet in what felt like a cupboard was a little weird along with an open shower in the bedroom. Fine for couples but don't stay with a friend ;)

Pros: Sehr sauber! Alles da was man braucht und die Markthalle ist genau unter einem. Ich komme wieder. Bequeme Betten, Küche voll ausgestattet und eine Nespresso Maschine mit 10 Kapseln Kaffee ist dabei. Klima in beiden Zimmern. Das Parkhaus ist genau gegenüber, sauber und sicher. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit ❤️

Un appartement très agréable, lumineux et décoré avec goût

Pros: Accès sans clés grâce aux codes, très pratique quand on vient à plusieurs. L'emplacement parfait en plein cœur de Cannes près de toutes facilités : restaurants, commerces, marché de Noël à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Appartement très fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. Tout équipé : four, plaques induction, lave vaisselle, lave linge. Prix très attractif sur la période des fêtes de Noël. Propreté de l'appartement.

Cons: L'escalier pour accéder à l'appartement situé au dernier étage avec des marches de tailles différentes est très étroit et pas très propre. Pas facile d'accès voire un peu dangereux avec des grosses valises

Séjour au top ! Un pur bonheur, d'avoir séjourné dans ce bel appartement. Merci pour l'accueil !

Pros: Les petites attentions et les messages d'Alan, notre concierge. La déco est de très bon goût et le côté atypique de ce nid placé dans un quartier vivant est tout à fait ravissant. Mention spéciale pour la baignoire d'angle, on adore !!!

Soggiorno ottimo

Pros: Molto centrale, vicinissima al lungomare di Cannes e, nonostante ciò, in una zona tranquilla. Personale molto veloce a rispondere e chiaro.

Pros: Идеальное местоположение, рядом с рынком и со всеми достопримечательностями. В квартире идеальная чистота, удобные кровати, чистое белье. Соответсвует фото, все красиво. Очень приятный хозяин, быстро отвечал на все сообщения. Удобный электронный замок без ключа

Cons: Обратите внимание - 4 этаж, нет лифта, винтовая лестница. Душ находится в спальне без каких-либо загородок. Туалет также находится в спальне (отдельная дверь). В связи с тем, что ванна и туалет находятся в спальне, квартира подойдёт скорее для семей, пар. Вряд ли для компаний. В целом, прекрасное жильё! Рекомендую!
