Perfect :)

Pros: It was perfectly clean (thank you to the lady we met who cleaned it) the view was nice and you can see the sunset from the balcony over the hills. Was super close to the beach. The apartment has all you need and it was great to have a washing machine! We also used the pool which was lovely after walking back from a swim at the beach. Great communication also with the booking. Thank you for having us :)

Voor een betaalbare vakantie aan de Côte d' Azure

Pros: De locatie, idd in 5 minuten lopend naar het strand . Rue Barthelemy op 5 minuten loopafstand met een aantal gezellige restaurants. Prima WiFi! Garage voor de auto. Wasmachine aanwezig==> alles weer schoon mee terug. Goede busverbindingen richting Cannes centrum en richting Theoule. Frisse lakens en handdoeken.

Cons: Het verwaarloosde gebouw. ( appartement zelf prima hoor) echt jammer. Hoewel er regelmatig schoon gemaakt wordt zien de lange gangen er niet aantrekkelijk uit. En de trappenhuizen en liften helaas ook niet. Tis geen mondaine omgeving waar je aan denkt bij de Côte d' Azure. maar prima om vakantie te vieren.

Pros: Номер уютный, светлый, чистый. Недалеко от лифта, отличный вид на горы. До моря рукой подать. В комнате тепло. Есть посуда. Персонал дружелюбный и отзывчивый.

Cons: Немного маленький холодильник. Маленький журнальный столик да ещё и круглый ((

Great apartment in a poorly maintained building

Pros: The apartment felt very clean. Location is great - short walk to the beach and very near to shops, restaurants, bus and train stations. Very well equipped apartment. Bed in the bedroom is super comfy. Spatious balcony even features a couch - which is nice touch. I see that the common pool was used by many while we were there - not by us, as we preferred the sea. The complex has security personnel, which is a plus.

Cons: The building itself (common corridors in particular) is in terrible state - someone wrote in the review it resembles a migrant shelter and that is how it felt. Apartment itself was just the opposite. The couch in the living room is utterly uncomfortable to sleep on, but ok if not used for sleeping. Check-in experience was not perfect, as key box was difficult to find (regardless of efforts by the owner to illustrate everything with photos) as a parked van has almost blocked access to the keybox.
