Good for the price and close to the beach.

Pros: It is close to the beach and the place has a pool, the children enjoyed it very much.

Cons: The bathroom needs some renovation, it is broken.

Perfectly good value for what it was

Pros: Perfectly serviceable apartment, close to the heart of Cannes. Hosts were courteous but all communication was done through the Booking.com app and was all in French. Had we not had a French speaker with us we would have struggled.

Cons: More English instructions and a clearer way to enter the building, which was a bit of a mission.
