Pros: L'emplacement, le logement, la propreté du logement lui-même. La qual lors de l'accueil personnel.

Cons: Le manque de bienveillance des habitants du rez-de-chaussée a propos de la présence de nos vélos a l'extérieur de l'immeuble, sur la zone libre et dégagée a l'arrière du bâtiment. Ainsi que l'odeur d'urine de chat permanent au niveau de l'entrée intérieure.
