Pros: This apartment was a fantastic choice for my holiday! The location is unbeatable — just a quick 2-minute walk to the sea, which made morning beach strolls a daily treat. It’s very central, so everything from restaurants to shops was within easy reach. The stairs weren’t a problem at all, and I appreciated the bright, natural lighting throughout the space. Really enjoyed my time here!

Cons: There’s truly nothing negative to say — the apartment was well-maintained, well-located, and had everything I needed; just the tip of the toilet tap needs to be changed.

Pros: Appartement très bien situé proche de la mer et de la vieille ville de Cannes,un grand séjour et 2 chambres dont une très spacieuse. Appartement bien équipé et confortable.

Cons: Salle de bain petite et pas rénovée. Gros problème de bruit la nuit car appartement situé au 1er étage au carrefour de 2 rues très empruntées.
